| 摘 要：牙科放射学检查对许多口腔颌面疾病的诊断是有用而必要的，虽然患者剂量较低，仍需注意避免或尽量减少不必要的照射。本文讨论了牙科放射学中的正当性判断、患者选择标准、有助于降低剂量的设备和技术条件以及诊断参考水平应用等患者辐射防护要点。 |

| Radiation protection of patients in dental radiology |

| Abstract：Dental radiological procedures are useful and necessary tools in the diagnosis of oral diseases, though radiation doses are low, exposure to radiation should be minimized where practicable. The key points of radiation protection of patients in dental radiology, including justification and patient selection criteria, the most important features of equipments and techniques that contribute to dose reduction, as well as the application of diagnostic reference levels, are reviewed in the present paper. |
