基于声学特性的苹果无损检测方法

| 摘 要:本文提出一种以检测苹果受敲击后所发出声音的频谱特性为手段对果品品质进行评价和分类的无损检测方法,并用该方法对苹果进行声学测定试验。发现随着存放时间的延长苹果受敲击发声的频谱峰值逐渐减小,而质量越小的苹果受敲击后发出声音的基频越低。实验结果证明,基于声学特性对苹果进行无损检测的有效性和可行性,对几种常见水果的声学特性比较试验说明该方法可以作为水果品质检测。 |

| Nondestructive testing method for the determination of apple based on |

| Abstract:To solve this problem, a new fruits non-destructive testing system which based on fruits acoustic characteristic was established. The system could evaluate the quality of fruits by testing the signal of sound wave and analyzing the frequency spectrum characteristic of the apples which had been knocked, and the acoustic non-destructive test was performed on the apples. It was proved that the apples with longer depositary time had higher peak on frequency response, and the apple with less mass had lower resonant frequency. The acoustic characteristic comparative test among some common fruits described in the last part of the paper was further validated that this method was feasible and effective, which has provided a new method of non-destructive test for all kinds of fruits qualities. |
